Responsibilities

This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll work side-by-side with the CHRO and HR leadership team to turn vision into action. If you’re energized by connecting strategy to execution, building scalable programs, and serving as a trusted advisor, we’d love to connect with you.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead with strategy - Partner with the CHRO to translate organizational vision into actionable HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Drive operational excellence - Oversee HR’s planning rhythm, budget, and key performance tracking to maximize efficiency and impact
  • Be a connector - Act as a communication hub for the CHRO and HR leadership, supporting executive-level meetings, reports, and cross-functional projects
  • Shape culture and programs - Support employee engagement, Inclusion & Diversity, and wellness programs that strengthen our workforce
  • Manage with agility - Balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution, ensuring HR operations are seamless and scalable
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
  • A bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of professional experience with significant exposure to strategy, operations, or project management
  • Prior HR or consulting experience strongly desired
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and present to senior leaders
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Absolute discretion, emotional intelligence, and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Salary range is $115K to 125K per year.
