Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and assist with business growth.
• Provide Tax compliance and advisory services to clients.
• Collaborate with Directors & Partners on client strategies.

Skills

Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options

In-depth knowledge of EMI and ESS

Expertise on split interest and related arrangements

Experience in the preparation of share valuations

Staff management and mentoring

Awareness of accounting and employment law

Experience dealing direct with clients

Educated to degree level (LLB preferred)

Education

Degree in relevant subject (LLB preferred)

CTA or ATT/ACA qualified or equivalent
