The Senior Manager - FP&A (Commercial Finance Manager) is a pivotal part of the divisional leadership team and partners with commercial and operational teams to deliver insight, improve performance and drive profitability for the division. They lead reporting, forecasting, pricing, and governance while acting as a key advisor to the CFO and divisional leadership.
Fluid Water Group is a rapidly expanding engineering and manufacturing business specialising in water pressure management systems for the UK domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.

To achieve success, the role holder will be innovative and relentless in their drive for continuous improvement, collaborating closely with colleagues to create sustainable solutions where process gaps exist today.
In addition, this is a key leader in the divisional team who will be pro-active in identifying risks and opportunities to the business plan and managing these with Divisional and Executive management teams.
