Job Description
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Design and implement a robust Talent Management Framework for identifying, assessing, and developing high-potential talent.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to embed structured career pathways and capability development mechanisms.
  • Build and govern a robust learning needs identification process by partnering with business leaders, HRBPs, and SMEs to diagnose capability gaps and design targeted interventions.
  • Lead the end-to-end PMS lifecycle including goal setting, mid-year/annual reviews, and calibration processes.
  • Conceptualise and execute engagement initiatives that foster belonging, motivation, and organisational pride.
  • Lead employee experience and engagement surveys; analyse insights and partner with leadership for action planning.
  • Design and institutionalise a comprehensive R&R framework that drives performance excellence, innovation, and values‑led behaviours.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager - Corporate HR should have :

  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
  • Proven expertise in HR management within the industrial or manufacturing sector between 5-10 years.
