What will you be doing?

Responsibilities may vary,based on the teamyou land in.Typicallythough, atSenior Manager level, you willbe responsible for :

  • Financial planning : you willown and develop Group financial planning processes, seeking out opportunities for simplification
  • Automation : you will seek out and drive ways of working efficiencies, including driving automation initiatives
  • Analysis& performance monitoring : you willsupport the production of financial analysis andmake recommendations through business modelling
  • Business partnering : you will present complex financials in an engaging way. You will business partner Opco and Central department leads,supporting teams in realizing financialobjectivesand optimizing capital allocation
  • Team management : you will manage, develop and coach a lean team
We tend to look for people with:
  • ProfessionalAccountancyQualification(ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • A strong background across one of, or a combination of : Banking, Consulting, Fintech, Tech and / or other adjacent industries
  • Goodgeneralist experience across corefinanceactivities such as : business partnering, capital allocation (FP&A)etc.witha track recordof managing financial budgets, actuals, business cases,modellingand project coordination
  • Experience in an International or Pan-European environment
  • Ability work in a fast paced environment with tight delivery targets
