Executive Assistant – LOCALiQ (Norwich Office)
Location: Norwich, with occasional travel to Ipswich
Driving licence and own vehicle required

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and solution-driven Executive Assistant to support our regional leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our Eastern Counties centres. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be the central support hub, enabling our senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities while you manage essential operational and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Health & Safety compliance across sites
  • Manage office facilities, suppliers, and equipment
  • Provide PA support to Commercial and Sales Directors (e.g. diary management, meeting prep)
  • Handle commercial reporting and internal communications
  • Organise meetings, events, and regional initiatives
  • Improve and maintain office processes and procedures
  • Support media functions and liaise with editorial teams
  • Assist with advertorials, account setup, and reporting

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Highly organised and detail-focused
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Excellent communicator and natural team player
  • Strong IT skills, confident with Microsoft Office
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

  • Experience in media or digital marketing is a plus, but not essential
