Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping and preparing VAT Returns.
• Knowledge of VAT is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive management accounts.
• Good payroll knowledge is required.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Confident in meeting and working closely with clients.
• Familiarity with Xero, Sage and Key accounts is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Management Accounts including forecasts.
• Review and develop junior team members.
• Conduct payroll reviews.
• Maintain client's accounting records.
• Prepare and review VAT Returns.
• Assist clients with internal process improvements.
• Provide interim financial controller support.
