The Role

You'll drive month-end reporting, manage budgeting and forecasting, and deliver clear, actionable insights to senior management. This role combines hands-on accounting with the chance to influence high-level strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and produce timely, accurate management accounts.
• Deliver in-depth financial analysis, reporting on risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and provide strategic input into capital management and investment initiatives.
• Oversee and mentor junior finance team members, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
• Work closely with departmental heads to monitor budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Support strategic projects, budget control, and cost-saving initiatives.
