I'm partnering with a leading global real estate investor, developer, and asset manager that is looking to hire a Senior Management Accountant for their London team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected business that is committed to creating assets that strengthen communities while driving long-term growth.
In this role, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of UK-based corporate and property-owning entities, overseeing the full accounting cycle. You'll also play a key role in business planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with senior management, asset managers, and joint venture partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly and quarterly close processes, including journals, reconciliations, variance analysis, and VAT returns.
Deliver management accounts, reporting packs, and board materials, while providing insight and commentary.
Take a lead role in preparing IFRS financial statements, consolidated accounts, and supporting audits.
Partner with asset managers to drive accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modelling.
Manage cash flow and treasury requirements, including capital movements and loan compliance.
Provide senior-level financial support to asset management, including tenant due diligence and occupancy reporting.
What We're Looking For
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
Strong technical accounting and reporting skills.
Proven experience working within the real estate sector (investment, asset management, or property development).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
