What you’ll be doing.

Lead Maintenance: Develop and deliver maintenance strategy across the estate, ensuring safety, efficiency, and brand standards.

Manage Contractors & Suppliers: Negotiate contracts, maintain quality, and ensure best value.

Ensure Safety & Compliance: Keep accurate records, manage risks, and report to senior management.

Lead the Team: Support, develop, and motivate the maintenance team through meetings, reviews, and appraisals.

Budget Oversight: Manage maintenance budgets, monitor spend, and implement cost-effective solutions.

Team Management: Manage and mentor two Maintenance Managers, driving performance and growth.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong multi-site maintenance or facilities management experience.
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of safety and compliance.
  • Confident leader with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Budget management and contractor negotiation experience.
