  • Full UK driving licence and access to own car.
  • Leadership potential (for senior/assistant manager applicants).

Responsibilities

  • Registering tenants and matching them to suitable properties.
  • Conducting viewings and negotiating lets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Managing a busy diary and handling tenancy paperwork.
  • Chasing rental arrears and carrying out valuations (for senior levels).
  • Working closely with the Lettings Manager and wider team.
