Your Role:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll generate and book valuations, and may be required to carry out the occasional market appraisal/valuation which will hopefully lead to instructed properties. You will also be conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies and maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.
