We are seeking a commercially astute and proactive Senior Legal Counsel to join the Bristol team.

This is a key role within the business, providing legal support across a broad range of commercial activities, with a particular emphasis on contract negotiation and management.

The successful candidate will work closely senior commercial stakeholders across the business.

This is a highly commercial role with strong impact across the business.

Role profile
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including software licensing agreements, supply of services agreements, data processing agreements and NDAs
  • Support the business in managing legal aspects of technology-related agreements, including intellectual property matters and data protection compliance
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and advise accordingly
