This is a chance to make a real impact within a close-knit, collaborative legal team.

Job Description
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad spectrum of high‑value and complex commercial contracts
  • Advising stakeholders across commercial, operational and strategic matters
  • Investigating, managing and resolving disputes
  • Liaising with external counsel on contentious issues
  • Overseeing company compliance and regulatory obligations
  • Assisting with redevelopment of company wide policies, procedures and precedents
  • Delivering legal training to the wider business
  • Wider duties include advising in relation to commercial property, construction contracts, IP, and IT contracts
The Successful Applicant

The Legal Counsel should be:

  • A solicitor (or equivalent) with 3+ years PQE
  • Skilled in high‑value, complex commercial contracts is a must
  • Experienced (advantageous) in commercial property, construction, IP, or IT
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or defence sectors is a plus, though not essential
  • Due to the nature of the company, candidates will have to undergo security clearance
