Due to exciting business growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior Legal Administration professional to join an innovative Legal Technology (LegalTech) firm that sits at the cutting edge of legal compliance solutions. The company works to support clients within financial services, legal, and compliance sectors to navigate complex, global regulatory landscapes. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Legal Administrator to provide critical administrative and content management support to their specialist Shareholding Disclosure (SD) legal team. You will work directly with top lawyers, ensuring the accuracy, currency, and integrity of complex legal content within their flagship product range.

Responsibilities
  • As the Senior Legal Administrator, you will be the backbone of the team, managing workflows and ensuring content readiness
  • Legal Document Management: Assist the legal team with document preparation, including drafting memoranda based on clear checklists, preparing blacklines, and restructuring complex legal documents.
  • Regulatory Monitoring Support: Work closely with lawyers on "horizon scanning" activities, helping to set up, review, and maintain data sources and links for continuous monitoring across various jurisdictions and regulatory topics.
  • Content Editing & Maintenance: Take ownership of content editing tasks within the compliance product, ensuring legal updates are accurately reflected and processed following lawyer instructions.
  • Project and Deadline Management: Coordinate key administrative projects, manage deadlines, and handle specific lawyer requests efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Regularly review existing internal administrative processes to identify and implement changes that enhance team efficiency.
  • CRM & Reporting: Utilise the CRM platform to record key client summaries and assist in the preparation of internal reports.
Requirements
  • Candidates must be educated University Degree level.
  • Firm Background: Experience within a top-tier international law firm is essential (Magic Circle highly desirable)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a methodical approach to complex tasks, and strong pro-activity with a self-motivated work ethic.
  • Proven, extensive experience working in a legal administration, PA, or secretarial capacity supporting lawyers.
  • High proficiency in Word and Excel and the ability to rapidly learn new IT applications (including the firm's CRM and proprietary software).
