Overview

They are seeking a driven, Senior Leasing Surveyor to play a pivotal role within their specialist team. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-level negotiations with some of the UK's most prominent operators, while working closely with colleagues across asset management, investment and development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies informed by market insights to attract and retain leading retail and leisure brands.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities, including long-term lettings, pop-up licences, and innovative meanwhile uses.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective and existing occupiers to achieve best value across the portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, tenants, and industry stakeholders, monitoring performance and driving delivery.
  • Provide direction to internal teams and external advisors to achieve agreed commercial objectives.
  • Analyse performance against business plans, mitigating risks and ensuring targets are met.
