Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Learning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Proven influencing and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Help execute and market a Learning strategy that supports HR and business priorities.
• Develop Learning strategy in partnership with manager.
• Conduct root cause and gap analyses to identify opportunities.
• Partner to consult with stakeholders in the coverage area.
• Measure effectiveness and success of training interventions.
