This position requires proven experience as a Service Technician and Lead Technician, with strong planning and communication skills. The role involves complex repairs, training new technicians, and ensuring high standards in service delivery. The candidate must hold at least a Level 3 qualification and be willing to travel regularly for the job.

• Experience of leading and supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the group of Lead Technicians across wind farms.
• Ensure completion of tasks within specified timeframes.
• Analyse defects on WTG’s and make repairs.
