Qualifications

• Master's (with 2-3 years of work experience in private sector) or PhD in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Bioanalytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in working with LC-MS instrumentation using validated targeted workflows in a commercial setting.
• Strong expertise in LC-MS techniques (including micro-LC), including troubleshooting, method development and validation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and outside organizations.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with LIMS and laboratory inventory management.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with Sciex MS and Shimadzu LCs is a big plus.

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with analytical instrumentation.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on Senior LCMS Scientist who can a) troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and software, get his/her hands dirty and helps daily operations and b) is happy to manage 2-3 labs techs to smoothly run daily operations. We wish for this person to be 100% practical and to not shy away from tedious and detailed oriented work.
