Salary: c£100k plus full package

A high profile Developer who have been established for over 20 years urgently require a Senior Land & Development Manager who has contacts and knowledge in the SE England and London areas.

The client builds a number of mixed use property schemes that can vary from 50 – 200 units. These schemes are always well designed, adding to the local area and being a unique, quality build that will last.

The right candidate will need to come from a regional house builder or entrepreneurial property business and be used to identifying, acquiring and develop managing a host of mixed use properties from 50 – 200+ units. These need to cover a relatively large geographical area from outer Northern Eastern Home Counties down through London and into Surrey Sussex and Kent.

The ideal person will have a successful track record in sourcing profitable Land deals that they have taken through the front end of the development process and in addition be strongly commercial, skilled in presenting to board and investor level and be highly experienced at managing these opportunities through the planning processes having already completed their due diligence. Suitable candidates may posses a relevant degree, potentially be a qualified Chartered Surveyor or be a member of the Town Planning Institute having a well developed network in and throughout London and Southern England.
