Overview

We currently supply over 9,000 clinics with a full range of products (Skincare, Injectables, Energy-based devices) and services (software & education) to support their 360 business needs. The company offers a dynamic environment for innovation and growth within the medical aesthetic space.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day account management and monitoring performance of top, independent customers (mainly clinics, with some very large, premium positioned salons/spas).
  • Build close relationships with your customers. Take the time to develop customer understanding in depth to enable WIN/WIN/WIN strategies (win for us, win for the customer, win for the consumer).
  • Develop, negotiate and agree business plans on an annual cycle whilst implementing retention tools and delivering minimum quarterly performance reviews with each customer.
  • Where applicable implement activation plans ensuring robust YoY trade over, whilst being 100% compliant with regulatory requirements and maintaining respective brand equity.
  • Work closely with marketing & education to develop our proposition effectively and represent the clinician throughout the customer journey.
  • Work closely with the Customer Services Platinum team to help them with core issues relating to your customers as well as helping to manage the list of customers who should be considered platinum.
  • Work closely with the CCO and other commercial leads to ensure strategies are aligned across the team for profitable business growth.
  • Monitor the market for new potential high spending customers.
  • Keep your colleagues informed on your customer interactions ensuring Salesforce is kept up to date as well as actively reaching out to relevant individuals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to propose and identify KOLs and flagship clinics.
Qualifications
  • Previous field sales experience with a minimum 4 years in a consultative, dynamic B2B sales team.
  • Competent in data analysis with the ability to consolidate core messages to influence others.
  • An ability to influence and negotiate with customers for the benefit of all.
  • Customer orientation with an ability to problem solve to help them through challenges.
  • Commercially savvy with an awareness of how to negotiate
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred.
  • Knowledge and network within the UK Aesthetic Industry.
  • Creative problem solving skills.
  • Strong excel and powerpoint skills.
About the role

Senior Key Account Manager - Injectables. Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer. Location: London Office + field travel. Package: Competitive salary + bonus. This is a newly established role to enable us to win with top, independent, high-spending and influential accounts. You will be responsible for acquiring new accounts that fit this criteria, developing our total Healthxchange business in these accounts and ensuring they are nurtured so we experience little to no churn. Your robust and adaptive strategies will deliver consistent benefit for both parties within a Joint Business Plan structure. Whilst you will be responsible for spotting opportunities across the Healthxchange business and coordinating support from other teams, you will spend a significant proportion of your time directly focused on injectables.
