Location : Home-based with occasional travel


Are you an experienced Key Account Manager with a passion for building strong relationships and driving operational excellence? We are looking for a proactive professional to lead customer engagement and deliver outstanding service across UK and European markets.


What You'll Do


  • Act as the primary point of contact for business‑as‑usual activities, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

  • Drive continuous improvement through data insights and strategic initiatives.

  • Manage complex accounts, oversee range change processes, and deliver high‑quality client presentations.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with stakeholders in buying, merchandising, operations, supply chain, and analytics.

  • Lead crew engagement programmes, marketing initiatives, and support commercial growth strategies.


What We're Looking For


  • Minimum 3 years experience in account management within airline retail, retail, or similar sectors.

  • Strong financial acumen with P&L experience.

  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
