A leading fintech company in Cardiff seeks a motivated software developer to join their hybrid engineering team. You will be responsible for developing REST APIs and delivering stable applications aligned with user needs. Ideal candidates will have experience with Java, Spring Boot, and modern CI tools. Given our expertise within the company and across the group we aim to be the leader in the space, and in order to do that we need a team of people who can not just write quality code but can think, create and challenge others to come up with the best solutions for our customers. We are an ambitious team with a pretty big ‘to do list’ including improving existing products, building new ones and delivering to new markets.
As part of the LDMS engineering team you will be passionate about your role, take a pragmatic approach to problem solving, deliver quality code to required timelines and be keen to build upon the product. As well as these attributes you will also be able to provide opinions while also being a team player who is willing to invest in the culture of LDMS.
