The Role

As a Senior Investment Broker at North Property Group, you’ll operate in a professional, phone-based sales environment where results are rewarded fairly and transparently:

  • Higher commission for self-generated leads
  • Clear incentives for repeat business and client referrals
  • Additional commission opportunities on premium units, incentives, and development-specific features
  • Commission calculated on full purchase price

This role is structured with a clear and achievable progression to Investment Director.

This structure is designed to reward consistency, ownership of client relationships, and long-term performance.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 12 months’ proven experience in off‑plan or high-volume new‑build property sales

  • Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to manage objections and setbacks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
