Senior Insight Analyst

Location: West Midlands (3 days per week)

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + benefits

An established UK leader in the industrial distribution space is seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to join its growing Business Transformation team. This role sits at the heart of a business currently modernising its data and reporting landscape, offering the opportunity to influence decision-making across sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations.

You’ll play a key role in translating complex data into actionable insight — exploring pricing, rebate performance, cost-to-serve, and ecommerce visibility. Working with modern Microsoft technologies (including Power BI and Fabric), you’ll help shape a cleaner, more unified reporting environment following a major ERP transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis on pricing structures, rebate performance, and margin optimisation.
  • Deliver insights across sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and warehousing.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Support ecommerce and digital performance analysis, defining key metrics.
  • Partner with finance on reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
