Overview

SENIOR INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER – DV CLEARED
Brand new permanent opportunity available within a secure environment for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. Permanent position on a highly secure customer site with up to £65,000 salary. Aldershot-based with ~3 days per week on customer site.

We are recruiting for a DV Cleared Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a well-established team delivering mission-critical infrastructure in secure environments. This is a hands-on role working with end users and operational systems, with an emphasis on performance, reliability, agility and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, support, and evolve secure infrastructure platforms directly in customer environments.
• Take a minimum viable product (MVP) mindset, build iteratively, and collaborate closely with colleagues and end users to solve complex problems quickly and effectively.
• Contribute in an environment where innovation, learning, and impact are prioritised, making a tangible difference from day one.

Requirements

• Active DV Clearance
• Strong experience in Linux systems (CentOS/Ubuntu)
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Zabbix, and Tenable
• Knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, or similar IaC tools
• Scripting ability with Go, Bash, or Python
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to operate independently in secure settings
