Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering electricity transmission or substation projects within the 66kV-400kV range.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts.
• In-depth understanding of UK HSE legislation and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex site operations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day site operations, including direct labour, subcontractors, and plant.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all civil construction activities on site.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation and company standards.
• Monitor progress against agreed programmes and budgets, providing regular updates.
• Promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement across site activities.
