Job description

Were on the hunt for a proactive, credible Senior HR Officer to join our Gordon Ramsay Restaurants People function, playing an integral role in delivering a best in class people experience, reporting into the Senior People Partner.

This position will be based in our Support Office located in Wandsworth Road (London) with regular travel to Central London restaurants.

This will be a hands‑on generalist role that calls for someone who is comfortable with managing employee relations, end to end case management and advising our managers to support performance of our people. Youll support the HR Business Partners with day‑to‑day People Operations; partnering and advising our Restaurant Management teams to ensure the embedding of effective, compliant and professional local HR practices.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations into Employee Relations issues and provide timely and effective resolution of cases.
  • Upskill our management teams by delivering engaging and informative training sessions on HR processes.
