Senior HR Manager to join a leading manufacturing company, built on a strong reputation for delivery and quality. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering people strategies. As a member of the core leadership team, this role will drive strategic HR initiatives, lead cultural and engagement activities, and ensure that the company continues to attract, retain, and develop top talent. The HR Manager will be both strategic partner and a hands‑on leader, working closely with stakeholders across the business to support growth, compliance, and high performance.
