Darlington Borough Council are looking to recruit a Senior Housing Contact advisor on a 12 month secondment opportunity to support the day to day operations of the Housing Contact team providing high quality advice and assistance to customers.
The successful candidate will have the ability to supervise and lead staff, including giving motivation, advice and guidance. You must have effective interpersonal and communication skills to be able to deal with a wide range of audiences including at times, angry and agressive customers. A strong commitment to customer care is essential.
As this is a secondment opportunity, please seek permission from your manager to be released from your role if successful.
