A leading carbon-neutral energy company in North Shields is seeking a Senior Heat Pump Engineer to lead installations and mentor junior engineers. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring high quality and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in heat pump installations, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to safety. This role offers competitive salary and benefits including a company van and pension plan.

As a Senior Heat Pump Engineer you will take a leading role in the installation commissioning and maintenance of high-performance heat pump and emitter systems. Youll ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality efficiency and client satisfaction. Alongside your technical duties you will mentor and support junior members of the installation team promoting best practices and developing their skills. This role requires a proactive hands‑on professional with strong problem‑solving abilities attention to detail and a commitment to safety and excellence.
