Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will undertake a challenging yet highly rewarding role. • Administer medication with precision and adherence to protocols, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents.

• Act as a key worker for a designated group of residents, providing companionship, and meeting their individual needs.
• Participate in social activities within the home, fostering a sense of community and well-being.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene requirements, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Aid in dressing and grooming tasks to support residents’ daily routines.
• Safely assist residents in mobility, ensuring their well-being and preventing accidents.
• Collaborate with fellow team members in moving and handling activities, adhering to best practices and safety guidelines.
• Contribute to meal service and provide feeding assistance as needed, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration for residents.
