A local health authority in Brighton is seeking a Senior Health and Social Care Support Worker to join the West Caithness Health and Social Care Team. The role involves providing support to service users in their homes to maintain independence, working within a multidisciplinary team. Full training will be provided, and a driving licence is essential. This is a permanent part-time position with flexible working hours on a 4 on/4 off rota, offering opportunities for career progression and qualification completion.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the West Caithness Health and Social Care Team based at William Smith House, Thurso. We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and assistance to service users to maximise and maintain their independence. The post holder needs to be flexible and able to use their own initiative. The post-holder will provide high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high quality service to the local community.
Experience not required, as full training and induction will be given. Opportunities to complete your SVQ in Health & Social Care, and the possibility of further career progression
This is a permanent 17.27 hours per week post working on a 4.00pm - 9.00pm 4 days on, 4 days off rota or as per service requirements.
