We're seeking a Senior Health & Safety Manager to lead strategic and operational safety across complex, high-voltage projects. This is a senior leadership role with significant influence, driving innovation and fostering a culture of inclusion and wellbeing. In this role, you will set the strategic H&S direction across a major portfolio of work, take ownership of building and developing your own Health & Safety team, and play a pivotal role in shaping our safety culture.

Responsibilities
  • Champion our Inclusion + Wellbeing approach to safety.
  • Set and deliver strategic health & safety objectives.
  • Oversee risk assessments for high-voltage environments.
