Overview

Radius is seeking a H&S Manager with a strong focus on CDM and internal Auditing of CDM to promote health, safety and welfare throughout ensuring compliance with Construction (Design & Management) regulations (CDM), Building safety act (BSA), Building regulations, and Occupiers health liability act (OLA). Support the business to define, implement and continuously improve these areas.

Extensive experience of compliance or HSEQ in critical infrastructure or large scale construction projects.

In depth knowledge of CDM/BSA/OLA

Continuous improvement CDM/BSA/OLA

Ensure changes to OPEX or CAPEX spend are appropriately approved, planned for and managed.

Support the business in maintaining certifications to the ISO standards relevant to CDM/BSA/OLA policy, process and control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of operational, and compliance processes across our CDM sites.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of operational, and compliance processes across our data centre operational sites where construction and other works are being undertaken
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes, with a focus on health and safety.
  • Testing compliance with CDM regulations and industry standards, testing risk management processes and health and safety protocols.
  • Preparing detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
