A leading UK retailer is seeking a Senior Head of Product Management in Greater London. As Senior Head of Product Management, you will create vision, set direction, and lead delivery of an entire digital product portfolio, typically overseeing over 15-20 product teams. You will create, refine and deliver product strategies and roadmaps, establish budgets, and implement product management disciplines to create innovative, digital products that customers love and drive commercial value at scale.
This is a highly customer focused and highly visible role influencing and directly leading multiple digital teams. You will manage several senior stakeholders across the business to drive alignment on objectives and key results, as well as partner with cross‑functional teams to create, refine and execute the product strategy in the context of company objectives.
You will play a key role in shaping the Product Management discipline to help bring about an innovative, product‑led culture that allows M&S digital products to be built at scale with high agility.
