Qualifications

• Proven experience managing people and services in a Total Facilities Management or Hard FM environment.
• Trained in Health & Safety with knowledge of statutory compliance and building regulations.
• Experience managing complex operations or projects in time-critical environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of Hard FM services through in-house teams.
• Support the Head of Facilities Management, ensuring statutory compliance.
• Monitor quality and compliance through audits and inspections.
