Are you ready to make a far-reaching impact in a leading financial services organisation? We’re seeking a Senior Governance Manager to provide expert corporate governance advice and Company Secretarial support across multiple legal entities.

About the Role

As a Senior Governance Manager, you’ll:

  • Deliver professional governance and compliance advice to legal entities.
  • Act as secretary to Boards and maintain statutory records in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead governance projects and ensure adherence to policy frameworks.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including offshore entities in jurisdictions such as Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man.
  • Stay ahead of legal and regulatory developments to keep policies updated.
What We’re Looking For
  • Fully pr part-qualified Company Secretary or Lawyer withsubstantial experience in corporate governance within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of company secretarial and regulatory environments for large, complex organisations.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate challenges, and deliver clear, structured documentation.
