Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Front of House Assistant located in Cockermouth. The Senior Front of House Assistant will be responsible for overseeing daily front of house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage service, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality. The role includes welcoming guests, addressing their needs, coordinating with team members, and ensuring a seamless dining and hospitality experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally and effectively with guests.
