A leading fostering organization is seeking an enthusiastic Senior/Supervising Social Worker to support foster parents and oversee the wellbeing of children in care. The role requires strong communication skills and professional registration with Social Work England. Offering up to £45,000 per annum and various benefits including a company car or allowance. Qualifications

• Professional registration with Social Work England or equivalent is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise foster parents to achieve outstanding outcomes.
• Work in partnership with local authorities to support children and young people.
• Participate in an 'out of hours' support service on a rota basis.
