A leading food business in London is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to establish and lead a newly created role. You will ensure full adherence to UK/EU legislation and third-party audit standards, while improving technical compliance across the business. This position requires at least three years in the food industry and knowledge of food safety systems. Qualifications

• 3 years food industry experience, ideally including compliance or technical management.
• HACCP Level 3 certification is required; Level 4 is desirable.
• Experience with GFSI/BRC, ESG topics or technical system implementation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Champion food safety, legal compliance and a strong food safety culture across all sites.
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring the business stays audit-ready year-round.
• Oversee key technical systems including QMS, internal audits, pest control and QC insights.
