A leading Property Company is seeking an SFM to manage a portfolio overseeing FM services across 3-5 sites in Central London. The role involves line management of Multi Site FM's, engaging with stakeholders, and managing project works from cradle to grave. Candidates should have experience with sustainability initiatives and hold relevant health and safety qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH. Role Overview

My client a leading Property Co. seeks an SFM with experience managing a portfolio overseeing the delivery of FM services on offices. You will be responsible for 3-5 sites all located Central London and liaise with service partners on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
  • Line management responsibility for 2-3 Multi Site FM's and engage closely with end Clients.
  • Stakeholder engagement to deliver a fit for purpose service, looking at initiatives and accreditations like recycling, NET Zero, WELL etc.
  • Manage project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors.
  • Set and manage service charge budgets and maintain IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications.
