Join us as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst and play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting transformation during a key transition period. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role covering paternity leave, where your expertise will help shape the future of financial reporting through simplification, automation, and digital enablement.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare statutory accounts, and support audits and tax filings for subsidiaries and joint ventures.
  • Deliver high-quality balance sheet reconciliations and insightful financial analysis.
  • Support technical accounting decisions and draft clear, concise memos.
  • Drive process improvements for reconciliations and ledger clean-ups.
  • Collaborate across teams to automate and simplify reporting processes.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and ad-hoc initiatives, including governmental returns.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
  • An excellent grasp of IFRS and technical accounting, with commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to interrogate financial data, resolve anomalies, and produce clear reconciliations.
  • Experience in statutory reporting, stakeholder engagement, and process transformation.
  • A self-starter with an analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Property sector experience and ERP system knowledge are a plus.
