Qualifications

  • Extensive Finance Business Partner experience in a complex organisational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to provide insights and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Significant experience in budgeting and forecasting within complex financial landscapes.
  • Proven track record of building relationships, coaching and influencing senior budget holders.
  • Membership (or working towards membership) of a relevant accounting body (CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW) or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate, critically review and provide technical advice on financial results and forecasts.
  • Identify and monitor risks, opportunities and efficiencies to minimise financial impact.
  • Provide robust professional recommendations and financial guidance on accounting guidelines.
  • Develop, understand and influence cost and income drivers to deliver the yearly business plan.
  • Coach and challenge senior budget holders in understanding period results and forecasts.
  • Drive and deliver key KPIs, highlighting significant issues to aid decision-making.
