Overview

We’re delighted to be partnering with a leading healthcare provider looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to operational and senior management teams, ensuring financial insight is at the heart of business planning and decision-making. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner with regional managers, providing clear analysis and challenge to help improve performance, efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide insightful financial analysis, reporting, and commentary to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with operational teams to drive accountability for budgets, forecasts, and performance.
  • Deliver robust management information and KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Support with business cases, investment appraisals, and commercial decision-making.
  • Lead on budgeting and forecasting cycles for designated areas of the business.
  • Identify areas for cost efficiencies and improved financial processes.
Qualifications and experience
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record in a finance business partnering role, ideally within healthcare, care, or a multi-site environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to build strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commercial mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
