Axon Moore is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join a PE‑backed high‑growth business in the Nottingham area. This is a high‑impact, commercially focused role reporting to the CFO and Commercial Finance Director, offering the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision‑making at the highest level. This position goes beyond traditional financial reporting. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, challenging commercial decisions, and ensuring financial outcomes are aligned with long‑term business objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing insight, analysis, and guidance to drive sustainable performance.

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver the strategic and financial plan for the business area
