Responsibilities
  • Support commercial analysis by collaborating with senior finance leaders to enhance financial models covering bookings, revenue, quota coverage, demand generation, and commissions.
  • Develop reports and dashboards, enabling self‑service analytics for stakeholders using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Work across finance transformation initiatives to support automation and system integration projects.
  • Validate and manage financial data, ensuring accuracy across key systems, including Anaplan, Salesforce, and other finance tools.
  • Assist in data reconciliation between finance systems and business platforms (ERP, CRM, Procurement, HRMS).
  • Build and maintain financial models to provide insights into revenue, growth, and profitability.
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across commercial and finance teams.
  • Work with the Systems Accountant to ensure accurate data flows across finance and business systems.
  • Validate financial and operational data across Anaplan, Salesforce, ERP, and internal databases.
  • Identify data discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and support data governance initiatives.
  • Build financial reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Sheets to provide insights for decision‑making.
  • Support automation of financial reporting, KPI tracking, and forecasting models.
  • Assist in creating self‑service analytics tools to empower commercial and finance teams.
  • Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and BI teams to integrate financial data across systems.
  • Assist in finance system improvements and automation projects (e.g., Salesforce, Anaplan, Procurify, HRMS integrations).
  • Support the finance team in optimising workflows and process automation.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a finance analyst, FP&A analyst, or data analyst role.
  • Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL).
  • Experience with finance systems such as Anaplan, Salesforce, or ERP platforms.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate financial data into business insights.
