Senior Field Service Engineer (HVAC) – £40,000 - £50,000 (OTE 45,000-£55,000) + Training + Overtime + Company Benefits + Company Van – Stoke on Trent – Travel UK wide

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with a background in HVAC looking for a varied mobile role within the commercial and industrial sector? Join a long-established company providing advanced humidity‑control solutions to a wide range of industries. We design, install and maintain high‑performance systems that protect critical products and processes, offering hands‑on learning, modern technology, and strong long‑term career progression with many specialists growing from early roles into highly skilled experts.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Measure utility requirements, assess building loads and environmental data, and sample interior and exterior conditions for high‑precision meter‑and‑probe readings.
  • Install, maintain, repair, troubleshoot and service HVAC equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Document service observations in standard report format and provide customer training and support.

  • Troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify technical issues.
  • Completion of service reports and parts documentation.
