Job summary

Job description
Senior Events Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Events Manager to join the Events by Benugo team.

Responsibilities
  • Execute, manage and lead all events across Event By Benugo sites with the assistance of the Events Manager(s).
  • Manage catering logistics, including event file handling, event briefing sheet and service plans.
  • Manage orders of equipment, beverages and staffing.
  • Ensure all areas are safe, clean, tidy and secure after an event.
  • Build strong relationships with other onsite events teams, working towards growing our share of events.
  • Ensure all enquiries and client feedback are managed professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Continuously work towards improving sales and service.
  • Support office administrator in administrative tasks such as payroll and closing the week procedures, and deputise in their absence.
  • Provide appropriate guidance and support to all direct reports.
  • Lead and motivate the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training and mentoring.
  • Financial and budget management including forecasting, cost control and forward planning.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus.

Contract Details

Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Working pattern: 5 over 7 days, including unsociable hours due to late event finishes.
