Qualifications

• Previous experience in an estimating role.
• Proven track record in mixed tenure and contracting housing.
• Experience with JCT D and B scenarios is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pre-Construction team across business streams.
• Measure take offs and produce Bill of quantities.
• Lead the production of tender submission documents.
• Accountable for providing estimates and calculating cost appraisals.
